Due to the nature of products being personalised, returns and refunds are generally not accepted however, if you have an issue with your order (such as damage), please contact me directly.
Personalised orders take between 2-3 weeks to dispatch and are shipped using Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery or international tracked for overseas. Additional items are charged at cost.

Unfortunately, at present due to volatile tariff costs, US orders are subject to higher shipping costs. This is reviewed regularly.
